This project involved expanding the existing shop with a fully enclosed side addition, reinforcing and rebuilding a failing covered section for long-term structural integrity, and constructing an additional covered area at the rear to increase protected workspace and storage capacity. Designed for durability and function, the finished result significantly enhanced both the usability and lifespan of the structure.
This outdoor living project was designed to create a refined, shaded retreat seamlessly integrated into the existing landscape. The covered patio structure was securely installed on new engineered concrete piers to ensure long-term stability and performance, while the surrounding hardscape and landscape elements were thoughtfully updated to create a cohesive, resort-style backyard environment. The finished space offers both structural integrity and elevated outdoor comfort for gathering and relaxation.
